Wondering what’s going on?
Here’s an update.
The purchase agreement for Telling: Contrary to what the Library Director promised (when the property was listed, and repeatedly afterwards), the contract has no preservation requirements. There’s no Euclid Creek protection either.
The original injunction: Our attorney dropped it, in favor of more compelling action.
The second injunction: It’s still in court.
The result of our legal action: Per the purchase agreement, as long as there is litigation regarding the Telling Mansion, the purchase cannot proceed.
We are limited in what we can share, but the news that action is stalled because of our court case(s) is huge. We’re still in the game and people need to know that! Attorneys aren’t cheap, and we’re always looking for ways to raise funds. Please consider donating, even $5, as every little bit helps.
